You watched the videos but you did not find the answer to your question.  You even checked the FAQ’s.  Now what? Don’t torture yourself.  Instead, pick up the phone and give us a call or fire off an email. It is usually much easier to solve your problem before you have become frustrated than after.  We are firmly committed to support (85% of our sales are to existing customers). Here are some things you can do before you call or email: 1. If you suspect it is the DXF file, include it in an email to us. 2. If your system has been wiped out, email us so we can go ahead and get you a download link sent immediately! 3. If you have several computers, try the same thing on a different computer and see if you get the same results. No luck?  Either call us or use the Contact menu selection to send us an email.
